Q: Where are you located?
A: Our home office is located at 1115 Franklin Turnpike Suite 6 Danville, VA 24540 across from
the Quality Plus gas station on 41.

Q: What are your office hours?
A: The office is open from 9a.m. until 5p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on all
Government holidays.
Q: Do I need an appointment to stop by?
A: No you do not but it is always a good idea to call before hand to make sure that we have
not stepped out of the office.
Q: Can I call after office hours?
A: NO! Please do not try and contact us after office hours. The after hours number is for
emergencies only! We can not afford to tie up the emergency line.
For Patients
Q: Do you provide overnight care?
A: No. Currently we do not provide any overnight care.
Q: Do you take personal insurance?A: No. As of right now we only except Medicaid and Private Pay patients.
Q: How do you get on Medicaid?A: Contact your local Social Services office and ask to speak to a case worker to see if you
qualify. The number to Danville Social Services is (434) 799-6540.
Q: What are the requirements to qualify for Medicaid?A: Go to
http://www.health.state.ny.us/health_care/medicaid/ to see if you meet the
necessary requirements for Medicaid.
For Job SeekersQ: Do you have to be a CNA to get a job?A: No. We can provide you with Personal Care training (PCA) which allows you to sit with
patients.
Q: How do I apply for a job?A: Come by the office anytime during regular office hours to pick up an application. Soon you
will be able to fill out an online application.
Q: How long do you hold an application on file?A: We will hold your application for a period of 60 days. After that you will need to fill out a
new application in-order to be considered for hire.
Q: I have turned my application in. Now what?A: We will review your application and denpending on availabilty and qualifications we will call
you to set up and interview.
Q: Can I call and check on my application?A: We would prefer you not to call unless we have instructed you to do so.
Q: Do you provide any benefits? A: Yes! We do provide the option of benefits for all of our nurse aids.
